Look forward to another delicious wine dinner at Carol’s at Cat Spring. On Wednesday, February 4th, the six-course dinner will include beverage selections from Flora Springs Winery in St. Helena California. Napa 
Valley Wine Country, of course!
The meal begins at 6 p.m. with appetizers followed soup and salad selections. Main courses include halibut steaks and petite beef wellington. The wellington is a mini center cut of beef tenderloin with wild mushroom ragu and wrapped in puff pastry.
And of course no proper Texas dinner would be complete without some delicious fresh-baked dessert! Look forward to a chocolate surprise cake to finish it off and perfectly complement the last glass of wine! All of this for $69 per person.

Janice Terra is a skilled trainer and teacher. We had a very successful workshop last time she was here, and I hope you will have a chance to take a Texas weekend getaway and reunite with the animals. There are plenty at Blisswood!
