Hand-painted wall mural by local artist, featuring exquisite cherry blossoms. King bed, sitting area; separate kitchen area with dining table, walk-up counter kitchen with under counter refrigerator, sink, microwave & two-burner stovetop, dishes/glassware/ silverware/pots/pans. Extra special bathroom area features a Jason Hydrotherapy Microsilk tub, with hand-held shower. Electric fireplace in living/seating area. Enjoy the swimming pool in the Conservatory and admire the orchids in the Orchid house, the waterfalls on the grounds. Central AC/heat. No TV. Access to ranch and all activities. Enjoy Hill Country lodging at its best.

Please note that our Texas Hill Country bed and breakfast cannot be found with GPS or MapQuest. Driving directions will be provided when reservations are made.

Special rates apply during holidays and special events, such as Antiques Weeks.  Weekends require a two-night stay, holidays and special events require a three-night stay.  At times we are able to adjust this requirement, so call for availability.
