The Magnolia Suite of Dog Trot House

The Magnolia Suite is perfect for couples looking for a private getaway. In addition, families of up to six can also stay here by using the extra sleeping options that include a trundle bed and sleeper couch. The large fireplace is wood burning, with wood furnished by BlissWood. The suite also features a Jacuzzi tub for two, plus a shower. The walk-up counter is equipped with an under-counter refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker & toaster, dishes and silverware. The pool is shared by the Loft Suite; however, it is not available for any other BlissWood guests. There is a large stationary BBQ pit in the back yard.

Please note that the Blisswood Bed & Breakfast cannot be found with GPS or MapQuest. Driving directions will be provided when reservations are made.

Special rates apply during holidays and special events, such as Antiques Weeks.  Some weekends require a two-night stay, holidays and special events require a three-night stay.  At times we are able to adjust this requirement, so call for availability.
