We recently hosted a fantastic family reunion here at BlissWood. Our location in Texas Hill Country ended up being a convenient meeting spot for a big family that was traveling from all over. Reunion guests hailed from New Orleans, Houston, Dallas, Austin, and San Antonio.
When you host an event at BlissWood, you have your choice of 10 spacious houses and cabins on the ranch, as well as 8 more units at our nearby Oasis. This group took advantage of the accommodations at the Dog Trot House and thought it was just right for their big gathering. They had a blast playing games, swimming, and just hanging out.
There are so many things to do at BlissWood for family members of all ages. You can hike, bike, canoe, or fish. Relax and play a game of horseshoes or just take in the beautiful scenery while you spend some quality time with your family.
And as a little added bonus, one of the reunion guests adopted a foster puppy that was staying at the ranch from All Border Collie Rescue. It always warms our hearts to connect an animal with a loving home after a wonderful visit!
